- Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce, Fresh uncooked salmon, Avocado, Edamame beans, Cucumber, Pickled ginger, Wasabi, Shallots, Carrot, Purple Cabbage, Mirin, Kale
- 1. Wash the salmon and slice into small bite sized cubes (use a very sharp knife) 2. Peel avocado and slice into similar sized pieces 3. Cut the cucumber again into small edible cubesSlice the schallots, carrot, kale and purple cabbage into small fine pieces and combine with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and one teaspoon of mirin - mix gently 4. Grab a handful of your edamame beans (ensuring they are peeled and defrosted if you bought frozen beans) 5. Time to plate up, place each of the above onto a shallow bowl, keep them each in their own little section - think of the bowl like a cake, sliced into separate, even sized parts6. Combine a small amount of soy sauce and wasabi to taste and drizzle over your salmon pieces 7. Garnish with some pickled ginger and voila! You’re ready to eat!
