Ingredients
- 1/2kg pig ear
- 3tbsp kewpie
- 2tbsp seasoning knorr
- 1tbsp garlic powder
- 1/4tsp pepper and salt
- 2pcs egg
- 3pcs red onion
Method
- Boil big ear with star anise & bay leaves once the ear soften chopped it off and put in a bowl
- Together with the kewpie, seasoning knorr, garlic powder, salt & pepper
- In a pan or wok, drizzle oil and saute the onion until translucent and red chilli, add the pig ear mixture cook saute for 2mins
- Add the green chilli, and egg, let it corporate the egg a bit then stir.
- Once cook transfer in a bowl and garnish!
