Ingredients
- 500gr Pineapple cut squid
- 1 Whole fresh pineapple (chopped)
- 1 pc Green capsicum (chopped)
- 1 pc Tomato (sliced)
- 1 pc Brown onion (sliced)
- 1 pcs Large red chili (sliced)
- 1 Tsp Vegetable stock
- 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 5 Tbsp ABC Chili Sauce
- 2 Tbsp ABC Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1 cup of Water
Method
- Deep-fry or Air Fryer the squid until golden, then set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauteĢ onions until fragrant. Add pineapple, capsicum, tomato, chili, and water, then let it simmer for 2-3 minutes
- Stir in ABC chili sauce, sweet soy sauce, and vegetable stock until well combined.
- Add the fried squid, tossing until evenly coated in the sauce. Serve immediately with warm rice.
