Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 large carrot, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- S&B Golden Curry Japanese Curry, Spice level to taste
- 8x Sweet Chilli Plant-Based Chicken Tenders
- Steamed Rice (to serve)
Method
- Pre-heat the oven and bake the Sweet Chilli Plant-Based Chicken Tenders according to the instructions on the packet.
- While the Sweet Chilli Plant-Based Chicken Tenders bake, fry the onions and carrot in a tablespoon of oil over medium heat until the onions are transparent.
- Add 700ml of water and the S&B Golden Curry Japanese Curry, then bring to a boil.
- Turn down the heat and cover. Let simmer until the potatoes are soft, around 20 mins.
- Take the Sweet Chilli Plant-Based Chicken Tenders out of the oven and slice in thin pieces.
- Serve together with rice.
