Ingredients
- Jasmine rice - 4 cups
- Smoked salmon - 200g
- Prawns - 500g
- Marinated tofu - 200g
- Assorted fresh vegetables
- Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing
- Kewpie Mayonnaise
Method
- Place 4 cups of rice in the rice cooker. Rinse to remove starch and then pour in the required water before you press start on the rice cooker.
- Cut your favourite vegetables - we love capsicum, tomato and cucumbers. Edamame are also delicious.
- Place smoked salmon, prawns and tofu on separate plates.
- Provide everyone with their own bowl with rice and then everyone can choose their favourite ingredients for their Poke Bowl Wonders of their own. Remember, top with Kewpie Roasted Sesame dressing and mayo. Healthy and delicious!
