Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 3 minced garlic
- 800g salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoon cornflour
- 1/4 cup tamari soy
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp mirin sauce
- Sprinkle of black pepper
Method
- Combine the soy sauce with the corn flour
- Mix them until smooth
- Mix together the rest of the ingredients apart from the salmon
- Marinade the salmon in the mixture for 30 minutes
- Pan fry the salmon until it is cooked
- Serve the salmon with the rest of the ingredients of poke bowl
