- 4 eggs500g chicken sliced Two whole tomatoes1 whole onion 1 clove of Garlic Two tablespoons of tomato saucePinch of saltPinch of pepperPinch of paprika1/4 cup waterTeaspoon of oyster sauce 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee Cantonese chicken sauceCup of rice
- Boil eggs by filling water half way to eggs and bring to the boil. This will half cook your eggs for a runny yolk. Boil your rice too. Using a frying pan, add sliced onions & garlic and cook till golden colour. Add chicken and continue to cook and stir. Once cooked add in Lee Kum Kee Cantonese Chicken sauce alongside with oyster sauce, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, paprika and water. Stir for one minute and add tomatoes. Continue to stir for 4-5mins and serve with your rice and eggs as side dishes. Yum !
