Ingredients
- 8oz of minced pork155g can crab 60g (2OZ) DRIEAD MUSHROOMS6 shallotsHalf can 155g of Valcom water chestnut slices250g bamboo shoots or half 225g can
- 1 tblsp oil2 teasp sesame oil1tblsp. Soya sauce Light2 teasp oyster sauce 1 tables dry sherryLettuce leaves
Method
- Cover mushrooms with boiling water stand 30 mins.Drain remove stem and chop mushrooms finely.Chop water chestnuts and bamboo shoots finely.Drain and flake crab chop shallots finely( I quite often don't add the crab and it still is delicious !!Heat oil in Wok and cook pork till dark brown add the mushrooms water chestnuts bamboo shoots crab and shallots. Cook one minute and combine sesame oil soya oyster sauce and sherry to pan Toss until well combined remove from heat
