Ingredients
- Pork mince 500g
- Water chestnut, chopped
- Oyster sauce 3tbs
- Hoisin sauce 2 tbs
- Sweet soy 4 tbs
- Garlic 1tsp
- Ginger 2 tsp
- Coriander
- Light Soy 3 tbs
- Crispy Shallots 29g
- Valcom Water Chestnuts - 1 can
- Sesame oil 3 tsp
- Iceberg lettuce 1 head serrated into cups
Method
- Add sesame oil to a hot wok
- Add pork and fry in sesame oil until brown. Drain fat and return to pan.
- Add all other ingredients except lettuce, coriander and shallots. Stir fry 5 mins
- Spoon into lettuce cups and garnish with coriander and crispy shallots
