Ingredients
- 500g minced pork
- 3tbl spoon oyster sauce
- 2 tbl spoon hoi sin sauce
- 4 tbl spoon sweet soy
- 3 tbl spoon light soy sauce
- 1 tea spoon mince garlic
- 2 teas spoon mince chinger
- Half bunch chopped coriander
- 20g crispy shallot3 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tin waterchestnut
- 1 ice burg lettuce washed and cored
Method
- Add sesame oil to a hot wok
- Add pork fry in sesame oil until brown, drain off fat and return to wok
- Add all other ingredients in except for your lettuce cups and crispy shallots and some coriander leaves to garnish
- A handy hint is to Finely cut the centre of the lettuce and add this to the pork, this reduces waste and adds more to your dish
- Stir all ingredients together and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
- Turn off heat and serve in your lettuce cups garnish with crisp shallots and fresh coriander
