Ingredients
- Pork mince 1kg
- Chilli jam 190g
- Basil leaves 1 bunch
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Water chestnuts 2 tins
- Lime juice 2 tbsp
- Green beans 500g, steamed
- Rice to serve
Method
- Cook pork & chilli jam until pork brown
- Add all other ingredients except the steamed beans and stir through
- Serve with a side of beans, and rice if desired
