Ingredients
- Pork Dumplings
- Packaged Noodles with condiments
- 1 egg
- Kewpie Mayonnaise
Method
- Cook pork and chive dumplings by frying in a tablespoon of vegetable oil. When the bottom of the dumplings are golden brown add 100ml of water and cover the saucepan with a lid for 4 minutes.
- Whilst dumplings are cooking boil some water and follow instructions to soften noodles. When noodles are softened mix condiment made of 1 tablespoon ketchap manis (sweetened soy sauce) and 1/4 teaspoon chilli sauce such as Siracha (or use flavour sachet if it is part of the instant noodle product). Combine sauce with noodles.
- Place dumplings on top of noodles and in the same frying pan fry 1 egg until cooked to your taste.Place fried egg on top of noodles. Drizzle with a generous serving of kewpie mayonnaise.Enjoy!
