- Pork loin steaks thin cut
- Panko crumbs
- Egg
- Golden curry
- Shredded salad mix
- Rice
Method
- 1. Make your pork katsu. Pork loin dipped in egg followed by panko crumbs. Shallow fry until golden
- 2. Make golden curry as to instructions on packet
- 3. To plate up put cooked rice and chopped coleslaw mix in a bowl
- 4. Top with katsu pork and delicious golden curry. Enjoy!
