- Pork belly ,ribs, onions, Chinese broccoli,long beans,corns
- squid fish sauce ,pepper corns
Method
- Add quartered red onion in a wok then Boil pork belly and ribs to desired tenderness,seasoned it with squid fish sauce add corns in halves then lastly green leaves and beans then turnoff the fire leyli residual heat from the dish cook the veggies
