- Heat wok . Add oil. Add onion. Stir fry until soft. Add pork, stir fry until Brown. Add curry paste, stir fry until fragrant. Add coconut milk & stock. Bring to boil. Simmer 5 to 7 minutes until sauce thickens & pork is cooked. Add fish sauce, Palm sugar & Pineapple. Simmer 2 mins. Add lime juice. Spoon in to bowls. Garnish with coriander & shallots. Serve with Jasmine rice.
