Ingredients
- 500g Pork
- 3tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 4Tbsp ABC Sweet Soy Sauce
- 3tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1tsp Garlic minced
- 2 tsp ginger minced
- 1/2 bunch coriander
- 20g Crispy Shallots
- 3tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 can Volcom Water Chestnut slices
- 1 iceberg lettuce
Method
- Add sesame oil to a hot wok
- Add pork and fry in sesame oil until brown. Drain off and return pork to the wok
- Add all other ingredients except for the lettuce cups, crispy shallots, and some coriander leaves for garnish
- Finely cut the centre of the lettuce and add it to the pork mixture to reduce waste and add more volume to your dish
- Stir all ingredients together and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Turn off the heat and serve in your lettuce cups. Garnish with crispy shallots and fresh coriander
