Ingredients
- 3-4 Potatoes
- 3 Carrot
- 1 Brown Onion
- 1 box of Golden Curry (HOT) cubes
- 2 cups of Jasmine Rice
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Furikake flakes
- 1 teaspoon of Oil
- 850g Beef Chuck Casserole Steak
- 540ml water
Method
- Dice potatoes, carrots and beef chuck casserole into bite-sized pieces
- Chop the brown onion into squares
- Add 1 teaspoon of oil into a large pan, once it is heated enough, add the prepped ingredients above and stir fry until golden
- Add 540ml of water into the pot, together with Golden Curry (HOT) cubes and stir until dissolved
- Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes to ensure ingredients are well cooked
- While waiting for the curry to be done, cook 2 cups of Jasmine rice in a rice cooker
- Use a ladle to serve the Golden Curry onto a bowl of warm Jasmine rice
- Decorate with furikake flakes and cherry tomatoes to your liking
