Ingredients
- Har gow with prawn and scallops
- 1 teaspoon of Lee Kum Kee chilli oil
- Obento soy sauce
Method
- HAR GOW 2 WAYS: In a bamboo steamer place as many har gow that can fit. In a pan add a teaspoon of oil, pan fry the amount desired of har gow, after har gow is browned at a little bit of water and put lid on the pan. Let steam for 5 minutes.
- To make dipping sauce add obento sashima and soy sauce in a dipping bowl, add sugar (as desired, taste as you go), mix until sugar dissolves then add a teaspoon or half a teaspoon of chilli oil (Lee Kum Kee) and mix. You can also cut finely coriander and add to the dipping sauce
