Ingredients
- Jumbo cooked prawns,yaki nori seaweed,spring onions,flour,seasoning egg milk
- 1 top butter and 2 tblsp olive oil
- Peppered smoked salmon slices
- Lemon wedged and avocado sliced
- Wasabi and egg mayonnaise, kecap manis sauce
Method
- Chop prawns,spring onions and chopped nori into fine small pieces, into bowl and season with salt and pepper and squeeze of lemon, add 1 1/2 cups of flour ,2 eggs and 1/2 cup of milk.Mix all ingredients together.
- Make a sauce of egg mayonnaise, wasabi and sqeeze of lemon.Also a small condiment of ABC kecap manis
- In a pan of butter and oil heat and spoon the mixture to make small patties,cook till golden both sides and plate.
- When cooked, top with a slice of cracked smoked salmon, top with wasabi mayonnaise and lemon ,Slice avocado on side and accompany with kecap manisENJOY !!!!!!
