Ingredients
- prawn
- one bowl of rice(200g)
- one and half gram of onion(20g)
- one egg(50g)
- four spoon of oil(60ml)
- soy sauce
- oyster sauce(5g)
- broccoli
- carrot
- cucumber
Method
- Put oil on a heated pan and put rice and salt and fry them all together.
- Prawn are cooked by briefly boiling them in boiling water. Prawn, broccoli, and onion are chopped coarsely.
- Put oil on a heated pan put stirred egg and put scrambled egg on a plate.
- Pour 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil on a heated pan and put all the ingredients. Then add the scrambled egg and stir fry more.
- Put rice and oyster sauce, soy sauce in fried rice. Turn off the fire and put oil and stir them all together.
- Make dipping sauce with mayonnaise and hot sriracha sauce.
- Finish.
