Ingredients
- 200g Pawns tail cut off
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 packet pad Thai noodles
- 2 carrots cut into sticks
- 1 cup green beans
- 2cm stick ginger
- 1 red chilli
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/4 ground roasted peanuts
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 jar Valcom Pad Thai Stir-fry Paste
Method
- Cool pad Thai noodles as instructed on packet
- Heat oil in pan with ginger, stir for 2 minutes. Add prawns and cook through
- Add carrots, chilli, and beans to the pan with Pad Thai Paste, stir to combine
- Drain and add noodles with soy, fish and oyster sauces. Combine well and cook for 7 minutes.
- Ad peanuts and lime juice, mix for 2 minutes.
- Serve.
