Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee premium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 250g medium prawns, raw, peeled
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 tsp ginger, diced or minced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
- 1-2 bunches broccolini, chopped
- 120g snow or snap peas
- 200gm medium thickness egg noodles
- Pinch of black or white pepper
Method
- Bring a pot of water to the boil and cook egg noodles for approx 7 minutes. Set aside.
- Peel, clean and de-vein the prawns. Heat cooking oil and garlic in a wok or large frypan.
- Add the prawns, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and pepper to the pan. Fry the prawns for approx 4 minutes, turning once, until cooked through.
- Add the ginger, onion, broccolini and snowpeas and stir-fry on high heat for 4-5 minutes, tossing occasionally.
- Add the noodles to the pan, stir through and serve. Enjoy!
