Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken thighs fillets
- 1 large onion
- 2 sprigs of spring onion
- 1 tsp roasted sesame seed (optional for decoration)
Method
- Marinade chicken fillets for 15 minutes or overnight for best flavor.
- Slice onion and dice spring onion and set aside.
- Heat pan on medium heat, drain chicken marinade and set aside. Add chicken skin side facing down and cook for 5 minutes, flip and cook for another 5 minutes. Flip chicken one more time and cook for 5 minutes, set aside and rest.
- In the pan where you cooked the chicken, add sliced onions and cook till semi-transparent, add chicken marinade and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Plate your chicken on the onions and sprinkle with spring onion and roasted sesame seeds and enjoy!
