Ingredients
- 500g Beef
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 Onion chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- Golden Curry
- 3 cups Beef broth
- Salt, pepper
- Rice
Method
- Brown beef in oil, then remove.
- Sauté onion, garlic, then add water/broth and bring to simmer.
- Stir in Golden Curry blocks until dissolved.
- Add beef back in, simmer for 30-45 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning and serve over rice.
