Ingredients
- Jasmine Rice - 2 cups
- ABC sweet soy sauce Kecap manis to taste
- 500g chicken breast chopped
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee chiu chow style chilli oil - 1 tsp
- Spring onion - one
- Carrot - one
- Cucumber - one
- Sesame oil - 1tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper pinch
- Luke warm water 1 tbsp
Method
- Cook rice in rice maker or chosen method.
- Chop chicken into diced pieces
- In a large pan add all the above sauces on medium heat, add chicken and stir constantly until cooked.
- Chop all raw vegetables as listed
- Place all ingredients on the table and allow guests to add as much or as little as they want to their bowls.
- Add sweet sauce to rice to taste and chilli oil crisp to taste.
