Ingredients
- 2 stalks green onion
- fresh garlic cloves (to taste)
- chilli flakes
- gochugaru (korean chilli flakes)
- 100ml vegetable oil
- lee kum kee premium soy sauce
Method
- slice and chop green onions
- finely mince garlic
- in a bowl mix green onions, garlic, gochugaru and chilli flakes
- in a small pan, heat up vegetable oiluntil slightly smoky
- pour hot oil over green onion mix
- wait to cool before adding soy sauce
- enjoy with cucumbers, dumplings, noodles etc
