Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken thighs cut into pieces
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- Lettuce
- ½ red onion, sliced
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Bulgogi bbq sauce
- 4 large tortillas or any kind of flat bread
- Salt and pepper
- Tablespoon of olive oil
Method
- Add olive oil to a warm pan and cook chicken pieces over a medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Heat tortillas in a separate pan over a medium heat for a minute each side.
- Add some lettuce and tomatoes to the heated tortillas and top with the cooked chicken.
- Top with the Kewpie Mayonnaise and the Bulgogi bbq sauce.
- Wrap up the tortillas and enjoy.
