Ingredients
- 200g salmon, in small cubes
- 1tbs brown sugar
- Half cup of soy sauce
- Kewpie mayo
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
- Nori for the base
- Pre cooked white rice
Method
- Cook rice, or use your favourite pre-made pouch
- Prepare your marinade: combine 1tbsp spoon brown sugar, half cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar, a few drops of sesame oil. Marinade salmon for as long as desired
- Pop your salmon cubes in the air frier for 5 minutes
- Set a bed of nori, add a spoon of cooked rice and add salmon cubes on top. Put bites back in the air frier for 2 minutes
- Once cooked, layer kewpie mayo on top, add sesame seeds and green onion. Enjoy!
