- Noodles (wide) I use pasta maker but can use dry noodles
- Tofu puff for protein
- Baby leaf salad, crushed peanuts, sauce
- Boil hot water, cook noodles for 3 minutes until cooked.
- Cook together with noodles.
- Toss in choice of salad, crushed peanuts, sesame and mixed sauce (Sesame paste, chilli oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce). Enjoy the meal!
