Ingredients
- Obento Yaki Nori Sushi Sheets x 10
- 1 x Kewpie Mayonnaise 50% Reduced fat
- 2 x crumbed chicken snitzels
- 2 x ripe avocados
- 1 x block cream cheese
- 2 x cooked cups of sushi rice
- Sushi vinegar 50mls
Method
- Cook chicken snitzels and let cool
- Place 2 cups of sushi rice in microwave proof dish with 4 cups of water. Cook for 15 minutes. Once cooked cool rice on tray in fridge. Sprinkle rice vinegar over rice to allow flavour to infuse.
- Slice avocado, cream cheese and cooled chicken snitzels
- Place ingredients on bench for fast assembly. Wet clean cloth and lay on bench
- Place sushi paper on wet cloth. Lay strip of sushi rice, avocado, chicken, cream cheese. Apply Kewpie mayo.
- Carefully roll paper up, once at end of paper lightly wet the tip to allow the roll to stay together. Once rolled cut into bite size pieces.
- Continue making rolls with remaining ingredients.
- Service with soy sauce and pickled ginger and enjoy!
