- Mushrooms
- Bok choy
- Eggs

Method
- Boiled the homemade broth
- Added bok choy, mushrooms & prawns
- Brought it to a boil and added the noodle
- Once cooked, I added the boiled eggs, chilli and chilli oil
- Garnished with spring onions and coriander
