Ingredients
- Salmon steaks x3
- Coconut oil
- Red capsicum, yellow capsicum, spring oinions x2, pak choy x1, mushroom 150gm, snow peas 100gm, coconut cream 400 mls, egg noodles 120 gm.
Method
- Fry salmon in coconut oil, until just cooked , remove from pan.
- Chop vegetables and fry in same pan, add two tablespoons of Valcom Ted Thai curry paste.
- Cook noodles in boiling water 3 minutes then drain.
- Add noodles to vegetables, add coconut cream. Place salmon on top and serve.
