Ingredients
- 3kg chicken thigh fillet
- Garlic tablespoon,
- Ginger tablespoon
- Red Curry paste maesri
- Sweet potato
- 4 white potato
- 4 brown onion
- 5 limes juiced
- Palm sugar
- Fish sauce
- Kaffir lime leaves
- Water chesnuts
- Bamboo shoots x 2
- 4 x coconut cream
Method
- Chop everything up, cook chicken, garlic, onion curry paste first
- Add coconut cream
- Put everything else in, and cook til it tastes good and ready to feed 12 hungry firefighters!
