Ingredients
- Coconut cream 2 cans
- Vegetable oil
- 800 g chicken breast
- Curry paste whole jar
- Green beans
- Table spoon of fish sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- Mash potatoe with butter and milk
Method
- Heat oil in pan peel potatoes whilst warming up
- Fry off jar of curry paste with oil in The pan
- Boil pot of water and boil potatoes for 30- 40 minutes
- When curry sauce has fragrance add chicken breast and cook through until white
- Add 2 cans of coconut cream and combine the chicken and curry paste until sauce is warm
- Turn down heat and add table spoon of fish sauce
- Add 2 tsp of sugar and simmer on low
- When potatoes are soft mash with butter and milk
- Serve up and eat up fam # relish !
