Ingredients
- Thai red curry
- Oil
- Onion
- Capsicum
- Carrot
- Celery
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Coconut milk
- Rice Noodles
Method
- In a wok, small amount of oil and Brown onion off.
- Add Thai red curry paste and vegetables, cook until softened
- Add can of coconut milk and fish sauces, tblspoon each.
- Add rice noodles
- Cook for 5 mins and serve.
