Ingredients
- Rice noodle 400g
- Sesame oil 2 tsp
- 350g chicken
- Green beans
- Mama 2 minutes noodles shrimp tom yum flavour (has chilli powder)
- Bean sprouts 100g on top after cooking
- Soy sauce
Method
- Fry the green beans until hot with the sesame oil.
- Add hot water to 2 minute noodles in a bowel to the side. Add hot water and let cook. Store noodles until soft then add to the frypan of beans.
- Add the cooked sliced chicken breast from Woolworths. (Let's eat Moira Macs) Portuguese roasted chicken breast.
- Cook stir fry rice noodles and add to the pan.
- Stir all together and add soy sauce to taste.Garnish with bean sprouts.Add sesame seeds if desired.
