Ingredients
- Bamboo shoots 225g
- Water chestnut 227g
- Sliced Fresh baby corn 100g
- Snow Peas 75g
- Sliced 2 medium carrots
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1tsp Light Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 50g Mushrooms
- 3 wombok
- 1tsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1/4 head of broccoli
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2cm cube of ginger
- 1 small onion
Method
- In a mediumnon stick pan place coconut oil. Dice onion garlic and ginger and place into the non stick pan and simmer on a low heat for 5minutes.
- Chop vegetables to liking. Bring the heat to medium then add Chopped vegetables.
- Add all sauces to the vegetables and leave on medium heat to cook vegetables to liking. We like to cook ours so they are warm and crunchy, roughly 20mins.
