Rissoles and Salad

Ingredients

Mince
Egg
Panko crumbs
Carrot
Onions
Lettuce
Tomato
Cucumber
Capsicum
Cheese
Avocado

Method

Combine mince, egg, panko crumbs, carrot and onion
Make into balls and cook in oil until browned through.
Cut up all salad ingredients and serve with a generous serve of Kewpie Mayonnaise.
