- Valcom Authentic Thai Yellow Curry, roasted eggplant, zucchini’s, sweet potatoes and mushrooms, coconut cream, roasted cashew nuts, steamed saffron jasmine rice, fresh basil to garnish
- Grill/roast all vegetables, fry Yellow Curry paste in pan and add coconut cream and simmer. Add roasted cashew nuts on top. Boil jasmine rice until tender and add a few threads of saffron when rice is cooked to add colour and flavour. Garnish with fresh basil leaves to serve.
