Ingredients
- Potatoes 100gm
- Carrot 50gm
- Onion 100gm
- Boneless Chicken 200gm
- Cooking Oil 1 table Spoon
- S&B Curry Mix (Hot) 3 cubes
- Hot Water 400ml
- Roti Canai 2 pcs
- Chinese Chilli Oil (Optional) 1 tea spoon
- Sesame seed (Optional) seasoning
Method
- Peel off potato , carrot and onion. Bring to wash and cut into bite size
- Cut boneless chicken into cube
- Heat up sauce pan with cooking oil
- Sauteed potato and carrot until fragrant with medium heat for 5 mins
- Add in chicken cube and continue cook for 2 mins
- Add in hot water and break curry mix into sauce pan. Stir until sauces mixes are completely melted.
- Add in Onion and continue simmer approximately 5mins
- Heat up both side of roti canai in frying pan with medium heat while curry is simmering.
- Ready to serve and add sesame seed and Chinese chilli oil for extra fragrant and spiciness.
