Ingredients
- Wheatbuck noodles
- Nori
- Spring onion
- Sesame seeds
- Chili oil
- Cucumber
- Mirim
- Dashi powder
- Soy sauce
- Sugar
Method
- Cook buckwheat noodles, rinse under cold water and put in fidge or ice bath
- Combine 1 cup water, 1/4 cup soysauce, 1/4 cup mirim, 1 tsp dashin powder, 1 tsp sugar and put im fridge or ice bath
- To serve, remove noodles from fridge. Thinny slice cucumber, sprinkle nori, and sesame seeds on cold noodles add chili oil.
- Cut greeb onions and add with sesame seeds into sauce and serve
