Ingredients
- Sesame oil 5ml
- Soy sauce 10ml
- Maple syrup 5ml
- 150grams noodles
- 100 grams shredded chicken
- 5grams ginger
- Lime juice 1 whole lime
- 75grams shredded coleslaw mix
- Shallot
- Chilli flakes
- Peanuts 10grams
Method
- To make the sauce, Whisk sesame oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, grated ginger and lime juice.
- Boil noodles for 4 minutes, rinse in cold water and drain
- To keep fresh, pour sauce into bottom of jar then add noodles on top, then layer with coleslaw mix, then add chicken breast, then on top add shallots, peanuts and chilli flakes. When ready to eat flip jar into a bowl and enjoy!
