Ingredients
- Salmon
- Avocado
- Steamed rice
- Vegetable oil
- Mayonnaise
Method
- Use rice cooker to cook the rice
- Wash the salmon pieces with a little salt and dry the salmon pieces with towel paper
- Choose a pan that fits the size of the salmon pieces and heat it up with two tablespoon of oil (oil type of your choice)
- When the oil in the pan is hot enough, put the clean and dried salmon in (if the salmon piece has skin on, put the skin side down first)
- Season the salmon by sprinkling a little bit salt and pepper on every side of the salmon
- Wait for 3-5 minutes to turn the salmon side. Make sure each piece is cooked on each side
- When the rice is cooked, get some to a big bowl, cut avocado to pieces and add to the bowl too. The sautéd salmon is also added. You can leave the salmon piece as it is or mix it with the rice so all ingredients blend together
