Ingredients
- 2 cups Sushi rice (uncooked)
- 500g salmon
- 1 avocado
- Yaki Nori for Sushi (1 packet)
- 4tbs rice vinegar
- 2tbs caster sugar
- 2tsp salt
- Soy sauce (for serving)
Method
- Cook the sushi rice according to the instructions on the packet
- Roll the cooked sushi rice, salmon and avocado using a bamboo mat
- Serve with soy sauce
