Ingredients
- Family microwave rice
- Oyster sauce
- 200g Salmon
- Broccolini Bunch
- Green beans
- Sesame seeds
- Sesame oil
- Soy sauce
- Kwepie mayo
Method
- Cut up salmon into cubes In a bowl mix the salmon with a dash of soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce, and kwepie mayo
- Place salmon in the air fryer for 20-25 minutes or until crispy
- In the meantime cut up green beans and broccolini and stirfry over the pan with sesame oil
- Heat up a family sized microwave rice
- Firstly placed the rice in a bowl. Add the stirfry veggies and the cooked salmon season with kwepie mayo and sesame seeds
