Ingredients
- 400g salmon
- 1 sweet potato
- Edemame beans
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 x bunch brocollini
- 1 x pack of brown rice
- Kewpie mayonnaise
Method
- Defrost desired amount of frozen edemame beans
- Place cut up brocollini and capsicum in a frypan with butter with any desired spices . Chop sweet potato and cook in air fryer for 20 minutes
- Cook salmon in another frypan until cooked
- Cook rice
- Place everything in the bowl and top with kewpie mayonnaise
