Ingredients
- Salmon fillet
 - Teriyaki sauce
 - Cooked rice
 - Avocado
 - Kewpi mayo
 
Method
- Cook rice in a rice cooker.
 - Marinade the salmon in teriyaki sauce. Pan fry it for 10 mins on medium to low heat, we prefer to have the middle pink.
 - Cut avocado into thin slices or cubes. Serve everything on a bowl and drizzle more teriyaki sauce over it.
