Ingredients
- 6 medium saize eggs
- 100g salmon in can
- 30g finely chopped spring onions
- 90ml kewpie mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp white pepper powder
- Slices of bread.
Method
- Boil eggs for 14minutes.
- Water or iced bath the boiled eggs.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the salmon, kewpie mayonnaise, turmeric, salt,pepper and the finely chopped spring onion.
- Peel the eggs. Add to the mixing bowl where the rest of the ingredients are. Smashed the eggs in the mixing bowl together with the other ingredients until the eggs are fine and spreadable. Mix well.
- Get bread and butter both sides. Add the salmon egg mayo as filling in one side of the bread. Put the the other bread. Then slice and serve.Can also do open Salmon Egg Mayo Toast. Toast a bread then put the salmon egg mayo on top of the toast . Serve and eat.
