Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp Obento rice wine vinegar
- Salmon fillet (200g)
- 1 cup sushi rice
Method
- Boil 1 cup sushi rice in 2 cups water for 15 minutes (until absorbed).Let rice cool 15 minutes Mix Obento rice wine vinegar into riceForm rice into balls
- Fry salmon pieces until cooked in oiled fry pan
- Roll rice into balls, top with sliced salmon
