Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Mirin
- Sushi rice vinegar
- Carrot
- Edamame
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Raddish
- Crispy chilli oil
- Seaweed
- Salmon
- Kewpie mayo
- Seasame kewpie dressing
- Wasabi
Method
- Cook sushi rice as per packet, once cooked add mirin and rice wine vinegar
- Prepare toppings. Slice cucumbers, julienne radish, Peel carrots into ribbons, boil edamame, dice avocado and flake salmon.
- Mix kewpie mayo and crispy chilli oil.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, top with wasabi and enjoy!
